Résumé:
Regional planning sustainable management of water resources requires comprehensive scientific knowledge of their source, mobilization and utilization.
The state of Mila , the object of this study, is located in the large basin of Rhumel, for this, it is considered an important hydraulic pole since it contains the largest dam; in Algeria( Beni Haroun with the capacity of 960 ;million m3 and 450 million m3 of annual adjusted volume)as well important ground water resources including
spring, well boreholes.
In this study consists of three main chapters The first chapter provide deep of data information about the natural environment of Mila( as topography, climate, geology, hydrographical system and vegetation) in
addition the spatial variations and dispositive (as the of in high plains) bides acting the distribution of water resource in the state.
for the second chapter , this concerned bout studying potential water resources in the state of Mila( surface ground water) on the light of data processing ,interpreting research report and references.
This chapter is also interested n ways of managing water resources in the moreover, region by constructing dams, wells as well as protecting these resources from pollution.
As for tee third chapter is concerned, it is devoted to discussing an important issue which is the use water in sectors of dusting irrigation. This study aims at establishing assessments of resources and needs based on the comparison of different sector need of water and possible future evolution. This allows exposures to the prospect of identification of the treatments on water resources so as to meat growing needs of state
