Résumé:
The Web has allowed an important evolution of employment market on line. However, in
the actual web, the modelisation and search tools of CV/job offer are often syntaxic and limited. In
this work, we propose an ontology for the modelisation of the semantic content in terms of their
supply and demand, so it allows their automatic matching. Due to the importance of the underling
competencies of these documents, for their matching. The building ontology is focused on the
explicit modelisation of the competency. The adopted model assures a certain compromise
between the simplicity and the pertinence, distinguishing the identification of acquired demanded
competencies and explicating the semantic of the relation can be exists between the different
topics of competencies.
Elsewhere, this ontology permits to the user for explicit enrichment for his document by the
annotations.
