Abstract:
Classically, the communication is defined as being a transmission of information which is widened on the field of the action to be a strategy at the services of the enterprises; a master word : relating human to envolve efficient collaborators; that is what call : “ Internal communication This work in an approach of the internal communication process within the C.U.L.. it deals in notions which are attached. The accent is on the importance which assumes into the weaving of inter-individuals relations indispensable for a good functioning of an enterprise. In its practical part, it fastens to spot the characteristics of the internal communication within the C.U.L. At this effect a questionnaire and semi-directive upkeeps have been held back as being a tool of investigation.
The obtained results revealed that the internal communications processes are characterized by relations and quite fluid exchanges. An internal communication plan adapted to the reality of the C.U.L., is proposed to the term of the analysis of the results obtained.
