Abstract:
Decentralized production introduces radical changes on the businesses of generation, treatment and distribution of electrical energy and questions the planning, the conception, the functioning and exploitation of these networks .Indeed, the injection of this new energy in networks which have not been conceived for this can however put certain constraints which must be examined between producers and network mangers. On the basis of the results obtained, one shows that the connection of a decentralized production raises the value of the fault currents beyond the possibilities of the apparatuses of cut which compromises the selectivity of the protection system. In order to supervise a decentralized production connected out of antenna to a line HTB, we proposed the installation of a new mode of protection, based on two different technology and protection equipments in redundancy, and of different technologies, which constitutes a powerful means in term of speed and of selectivity for the elimination of the defects line.
