libraries to identify his skills in mastering strategies of electronic information
search at the University Mentouri Constantine libraries .We have adopted the
descriptive approach and used the questionnaire to collect data. The questionees
are , on the one hand , the “ assistants ”,the “attaches de recherche” and “chief

impact of information specialist’s training on these users.

the users satisfied by the services offered by the library , and able to have an
easy access to electronic information inside the library and outside it.
