Abstract
The aim of the work presented in this memory consists in describing the different processes that get involved in a reactor at the time of the formation of films elaborated by cold plasmas. It represents a contribution to the clarification of three models. An electrical discharge model, a hydro dynamical model, and the last consist of a mass transfer model whose coupling leads to the global modeling of the reactor Taking into account some simplifying hypotheses, we developed two models of simulation, the first is hydrodynamic, it concerns the gas flow distribution between the equal area electrodes, and the second one is electric, to describe the distribution of the charged species and the electric field, in the de glow discharge. The two elaborate models are based on the finite volume method. A numeric treatment of the steady state Navier-Stokes equations for a present gas mixture in a longitudinal -flow reactor has been developed to obtain the gas velocity field between the equal area electrodes. The results gotten thanks to the fluid model are compliant with those gotten in the literature.
