dc.description.abstract We start by discussing the parity violation in the left-right model SU(2)i, x SU (2)it in the framework of nonassooiative geometry and we will include eh'ct romagnet ism and ehromodyn;unies in the previous model in the sake to obtain mass relations between fermions and bosons and the mixing angles. In tint second part of the thesis is n'served to the dLscussion of some applications quantum groups. The first application is the treatment of the coherent states associait*l to a Weyi-IIeisenberg group. Using Mcfarlane representation we will show that these stales do minimize the uncertainty relation. A q-deformed semi-Lie group is also investigated using Cartan basis. It is shown t liât it supports a Ilopf struct ure and wo derive the corresponding Casimir operator, la the last chapter we give a demonstration of the NoGhost theorem for open q-deformed bosonic string. There is an absence of tachyionie states providtsl that the coelficienl of the deformation (} lies in domain [0. 1],
