dc.description.abstract "The present work has been realized in the unit of research for chemistry of the environment and molecular structural (URCHEMS) belong to chemistry Department in the Constantine university 1, within the framework of the study of the hybrid compounds based on amino acids and nitrogenous base as organic moieties and mineral acids. During this work, we have synthesis and crystallize tree new hybrids compounds based on and sulfate acid and chloride. The structure of the first compound Adéninium hemisulfate hydrate, is formed by one anionic, one cationic entities and two water molecules. The detailed study of intermolecular interactions of these compounds showed the presence of four moderated types of hydrogen bonds: O-H ... N , N-H ... O , N-H ... N and O-H ... O and weak C-H ... O, established between water molecules , molecules of water - anion , cation - cation , water - cation and anion - cation. The second compound chlorure de L-tryptophanium is formed of a cation tryptophanium and an anion chloride. The cohesion of the structure is provided by a three dimensional network of hydrogen bonds of the type N-H...Cl, O-H…Cl, C-H…Cl et C-H…O. The third compound adéninium tryptophanium sulfate bisulfate dihydrate comprises two cations: adéninium and tryptophanium, two anions: sulfate and bisulfate; and two water molecules. The cohesion of the structure is provided by a three dimensional network of hydrogen bonds of N-H…N, N-H…O, O-H…O and C-H…O. Bernstein's theory has allowed us to build the graphs model hydrogen bonds of these three compounds to better understand their crystalline stacks."
