Recherche et détermination structurale de métabolites secondaires de Matricaria Chamomilla (Asteraceae) Etude de la phase acétate d’éthyl

Abstract

The main purpose of our work concerns mainly the phytochimical study of .Chamomilla belonging to the Algerian flora in which consist to identify the maximum of compounds to widen and to deepen the phytochimical knowledge of this plant. Our choices of the genus Matricaria was base on the fact that, those plants exhibit a wide range of biological activities and were known to contain sesquiterpene lactones and flavonoids. The phytochimical objective corresponds, indeed, to the isolation and the elucidation of structural molecules of M.Chamomilla. We proceeded to the separation and to the purification of the various phytoconstituants of ethyl acetate extract using various chromatographic methods in particular the column chromatography of silica gel and préparative thin layer chromatography of silica gel in which allowed us the insulation of four compounds their structures were determined by the combination of spectral methods (UV-VISIBLE spectrophotométrie, RMN 1H). The study phytochimic led on M.Chamomilla allowed the obtaining of 8 pure products among them 2 flavones: - Lutéoline - Lutéoline 7-O-β- glucoside.
