The perpetrator made to optimize the parameters of chromatographic analysis (HPLC) for the detection and
quantification of residues of oxytetracycline and penicillin G in red meat.
The experimental investigations have resulted in the selection of the following parameters:
For oxytetracycline
- The stationary phase was used, is reverse phase C18.
- The mobile phase is 100% acetonitrile.
- The rate is 1.5 ml / min.
- Absorption in the U. V. with a maximum around 325 to 344 nm.
- The volume is injected 11μl.
For penicillin G
- The stationary phase is the phase inverse C18.
- The mobile phase consists of 100% to acetonitrile or methanol.
- The rate is 1ml/min.
- The absorption spectrum is 220 to 250 nm.
- Injected volume is 20 μl.
