Abstract:
The main purpose of this thesis is based on the s-vnthesis and structural characterization of new complexes u,ith two type of ligands; symmetric Schiff bases acetylacetonate bis (salicylhydrazone). asymmetric acetylacetonate (salicylh.vdrazone), for the first and bis-salicylhydrazone, for the seconcl. The interaction of these ligands with transition metals Ni (ID. Cu (II), Mn (III), Fe (iII) and Zr lead, to to'iv series of coordination complexes. In the case of Schiffls bases complexes, the formation, in situ, of the ligands can be explained by a double condensation of .salicylhydrazide with the aceÿlacetone. The crystalline structures were defined b-v X-ra-v difiraction on single crystal. elemental analyzes and infrared spectroscopy. The obtained results are supported by DFT calculations. The biological study shows that some basic Schiff complexes can act as a good antioxidant in pharmaceutical and alimentary field.
