dc.description.abstract |
The work undertaken through this thesis is part of the development of new procedures for the
synthesis of molecules of biological interest, through multi-component reactions. The results
obtained are presented in three main chapters:
-In the first chapter we studied the catalytic effect of aluminum acetylacetonate on a fourcomponent reaction to access to 1,4-dihydropyrano [2,3-c] pyrazoles derivatives and wen
proposed the optimal conditions for obtaining them with good yields.
-The second chapter was devoted to the catalytic power of the same catalyst on the threecomponent synthesis of tetrahydrobenzo [b] pyrans, which have also been obtained, in general,
with good yields.
-As for the third chapter, it was devoted to the development of a new pathway to β-
acetamidoketones, another class of molecules with interesting biological and medicinal
properties, using phenylboronic acid, a Lewis acid catalyst, which has the advantage of being
nontoxic, inexpensive and environmentally friendly. The yields obtained are good to excellent.
In addition, the inhibitory activities of acetylcholinesterase and butyrylcholinesterase of certain
molecules have been examined and proved to be of interest.
All the synthesized products were identified by the usual spectrometric analyzes (IR, 1H NMR
and 13C NMR). |
