Etude des lactones sesquiterpèniques d'espèces algériennes du genre centaurea

Abstract

Our experimentation permitted on one hand the establishment of the structures of eight lactones in the native state whose two original, four structures acctylcted and two polymethoxyleted flavones from two Algerian species (Ceniaurea musimomum Centaurea granula L) of which one endemic (Ceniaurea musimomum). On the other hand the working up of the cytotoxic activity and antiparasitic of the chloroformic extracts of the two former species and the two other endemic species (( enlaurea furfuracea and ('entaurca maroccana). These tests have been shown interesting activities of Ceniaurea musimomum and Ceniaurea furfuracea and less important activities for ( enlaurea granola L and Ceniaurea maroccana. Concerning isolated principles, only one guaianolidc was tested in this work. The determination of structures has been realised by combining the results of spectroscopic methods and particularly the most preferment sequences of N.M.R multi¬ impulsion mono and bidimensionnels. The crystalline aspect of some products has permitted to have recourse to the technique of diffraction of RX for two of them.
