Abstract

The territory of Oued Souf situated in the depth of the Eastern Grand Erg challenged the administrative and natural difficulties to accomplish a special agricultural revolution with local and national dimensions .This agricultural boom Is due to the vitality of the human factor who showed an ability to adapt to his field despite the lack of potentials and high costs to transform the arid desert into a green paradise so that Oued Souf becomes an agricultural pole contributing to the national economy as it occupies the second place and thus becoming an area of interest for the Algerian State because it contributes to the accomplishment of the food security and the agriculture in Oued Souf is distinguished by its abundant and good production quality.So ,can the Algerian State invest in the Soufi individual and use the natural capacities along with ensuring the rights of the next generations to fulfill a sustainable development?
