Abstract

The objective of this work is to develop an optimal control on models describing the heating and air conditioning. These systems may have some performance against : a permanent insufficient accuracy, a too low margin of stability (instability), a response time too high, an excessive overtaking, under technical specifications. It is often necessary to include in the loop body called a regulator which objective is to improve the performance of the closed loop. The most common regulator is the 'Proportional regulator, Integral diverter' or PID. Its main role is to meet the included technical specifications. These can be formulated in various ways, but in all cases they reflect the relative performance stability, precision and speed .. This controller should satisfy the specifications and achieve the best compromise between the specifications when it can not be satisfied simultaneously and in order to have the optimal setting. Given its simplicity and performance, it is thus used in the vast majority of HVAC installations. Our topic will include the operation of PID to determine the control structure best suited to a process and to determine the parameters best suited by methods based on the practice or from theoretical developments.
