Abstract:
In recent years, renewable energies such as solar and wind power has been supported around the world; in fact, the world's increasing energy demand, the rapid diminution of traditional energy resources, the decline of solar panels cost, and the rapid development of power electronics, as well as environmental degradation caused by the increased use of fossil fuels, all this have prompted researchers around the world to develop new electrical energy production techniques. In this thesis, we are interested in state of the art of normal and hybrid photovoltaic systems with or without battery storage, our work is completed by the study of a hybrid renewable energy system; consisting of photovoltaic generator - wind turbine - battery to supply consumers with a load of 100 kW. The multi-source renewable energy hybrid system technology presented is one of the best choices to meet electricity ever growing demand from consumers especially in rural and isolated areas. Our country Algeria, has a huge potential in solar energy and a little less wind that are clean energies almost unexploited.
