dc.description.abstract The development of modern electronics is based on the ability to accurately predict the behavior of systems through the use of simulation tools. This approach can be extended to ultrasonic transducers connected to an electronic device. The ability to simulate two coupled systems (ultrasonic transducer, associated electronic and mechanical component) makes efficient whole system optimization possible, minimizing size, cost and power consumption and thus miniaturization. The whole of work presented mark a beginning in the modeling of the electric behavior of an ultrasonic transducer. We carried out the modeling of the ultrasonic transducers under PSPICE and by language VHDL-AMS. A linear modeling or we simulated the temporal response with adaptation, the spectral answer and the electric impedance of the transducer in puls-echo mode. As well as the influence of propagation medium and the coupling coefficient on the impedance. As we modelled nonlinear propagation in send-receive mode by VHDL-AMS, or we simulated the spectral answer. As well as the electric impedance of the vibrating transmitter with 2.25 MHz and the vibrating receiver with 4.5 MHz. Finally we proposed a model of hybrid transducer (PZT/PVDF) multi-frequency for application in medical imagery. In our simulations us summons itself limited to the two models electro acoustics, in fact the model of Redwood and the model of KLM.
