dc.description.abstract This study consists of 7 chapters, four of them are theoretical and the others are practical, in addition of the references and the supplements. Problematic of the research: the problematic of the research is determined in answering the following fundamental question: “ what is the role of leadership’s skills in improving the level of performance employment in “Sonalgaz” for distribution in Constantine? And this topic has been discussed through three sub-question: 1. Did the technical skill of the leader affected positively the capacity of employers in performing their activities? 2. Could the administration skill of the leader make the employers able to perform their expected tasks effectively? 3. Could the human’s skill of the leader creates a motivation atmosphere which help improving the permanent performance? Aims and justifications of the topic: The aim of this study is to discover the role of the leadership’s skills in improving the employment performance through testing the hypothesis of the study, and to show the importance and the role of the leadership’s skills in the recent administration of the institutions in the light of the happening variants in the world of administration and leadership. The researcher justified his choice of the topic that the relation-ship between the leadership skills and job performance is ambiguous, in addition of the imbalances that correspond to serving of the distribution of gaz and electricity to customers whethes quality or quantity, and this for many reasons which should be detected and interpreted. The importance of the study and the institution which plays a major role in national economy and because of the rarity of studies and researches that deal with the essential variables of the study. Therefore the study attempts to understand the role of the leadership’s skills in job performance and the relationship between them. Study method: the researcher selected the descriptive approach, and used observation and interview as a mean of research in addition of the real mean which is the questionnaire that consists of the personal data and the basic data which include served axis: the technical skills of heads and the ability of employers to performe, heads administration skills and the effectiveness of employers performance, the human’s skills of the leader and the desire of employers to work, and it has been assured of the sincerity of the questionnaire’s content. The results of the study: after discussing the results in light of the hypothesis, the researcher has introduced the general results of the study which can be summarized as the following: - The availability of the technical skills and exploiting it in the right way by the leader to orient and guide the employers, will rise their capacity to work. Therefore, this availability is considered as the important factor in rising the performance level. - The administration skills of leader helps in rising the performance capacity of the employers and the institutions and realizing effectively their targets. - The availability of human’s skills help the employment in rising the leaders desire to performance their activities. So, the availability of the fundamental leadership’s skills: the technical skills, the administrative and human one will make the leaders capable of influencing the behavior of their subordinates. It means that these leadership’s skills ply an effective role in improving the performance of the employers and each one completes the other. In addition, it depends on it in improving the performance through the rise of employers capacity and their desire to work.
