Abstract

The archives are generated and maintained by one or more institutions.By their wealth or by their indigence, the archives are the privileged witness of history and the relationship between space and time, the ebb and flow of activities in differents fields, but also the relationship between the unwavering governance and memory. The history of the archival still need to write in order to give researchers and key users access to the memory that will inform the context and content of the material produced, transmitted and operated. The archival institutions in Algeria aimed to develop their current treatment methods for the conservation and dissemination of records by the application of new technologies (Archives electronic digitalization…) This research focuses on the experience of the marital status of the Populary assembly of Constantine in the matter of implementation of systems in service archives to ensure better management of documents of the archives and civil status. This work consists of six chapters,four chapters are consacred for theorical studies ( definition and importance of archives and application of new technologies ). the rest of chapters presents the éxpérience of Populary assembly of Constantine in the matter of implementation of new technology in domains of arhives.
