dc.description.abstract The experiment was conducted in greenhouse Biopôle Chaabat-ersasuniversity Constantine 1. The present study was performed on 10 genotypes of variety melanopus of Algerian durum wheat (Triticum durum Desf.) whose influence morphophysiological and biochemical parameters on variability may exist between the 10 genotypes. The results of the study morphophysiological obtained showed that genotypes G8, G9, G10 stand out better performance standpoint for most morphological parameters and yield components and which are expressed by: plant height, spike length, neck length, number spikelets by spike, grains number by spike, grain weight and thousand grain Weight. Biochemical study evaluated total protein was more informative and helped highlight a remarkable polymorphism between the different genotypes. On conclusion, the study of morpho-physiological and biochemical parameters showed variability between genotypes.
