Abstract:
Information society in any country posed on sophisticated statistical system
which, depends on benchmarks agreed by the international organizations active
in the area, with a view to establish a culture of the compilation of statistical
data used to assess projects and strategies, then disseminated through national
and regional observatories, which contributes to know advancing of any country
on the Information Society and to measure the force of information and
communications technology, the value and impact of information and
communication technology in education. Clarifies the relationship between the
use of technology and educational reforms, and to enable educators to meet
their role and changes in the teaching, study and education of the students as
well as clarifying that technology is not an aim in itself, but a means to promote
forces innovation, empowerment and qualified solutions. this study was tested
performance indicators of UNESCO in the education sector in selected States
Constantine, Annaba, Sétif. A model of national observatory on the information
society in the education sector in mentioned states was created from the second family of the methodology Micro.
