dc.description.abstract Taking into account all his critical texts, his correspondences and his diaries, this thesis aimed to study Baudelaire's poetic imagination by placing Evil and body’s images in the center of its analysis. These two central parameters, which appear from the paratextual elements, lead the reasoning on three different, but complementary fields: - Analyzing the importance of art in Baudelaire's imagination structure. - The importance of Evil in its conception of religion, which can, sometimes, seem Satanist. - All the implicit manifestations that occur in Baudelaire’s imaginary, which are caused by the fear of the passage of time.
