Abstract

This research focuses on a subject of international administrative law, international administrative tribunals, the first of which was instituted in the 1920s following the creation of the League of Nations. These tribunals deal with disputes between international organizations and their agents, that is, international personnel. Because of this specificity, these jurisdictions are jurisdictional bodies characterized by the uniqueness of the degree of jurisdiction; however, the UN has changed its jurisdictional organization over the past decade and has adopted a two-tier system of jurisdiction. The Administrative Tribunal of the League of Arab States does not depart from the original concept of international administrative justice and must develop new mechanisms similar to the model adopted by the United Nations
