Abstract

Focus of this study on the legal system of the two forms of economic cooperation, first relates to mixed economy companies which adopted by Algeria in order to not try to deviate from the Socialism and with a partial openness on foreign capitals, but the external influence have had an impact on the Algerian economy, which know a transition from the mixed economy companies to another form called the partnership and the euro –Algerian cooperation is the most important example.
