| dc.description.abstract | Considering that the responsibility is more most important and the more insurant for the second part in the relations between the real estate promoter titular of all necessary permits in the case of his missions, hence we find it and according to general rules that it is constituted from gathering pillars in applications of disposals of the article 124 of the civil code. it can be restrictive and in particular when the responsibility of obligatory coordination lacks, it can be also by a personal action or by others or by things.
