dc.description.abstract |
The aim of our study is to adopt a technique of extraction of trace metal elements in fishery
products. Three extraction techniques were used to mineralize the different anatomical parts of the
mussel from two coastal regions of Algeria (Skikda and El Kala). The assay was performed by atomic
absorption spectrophotometer with flame and graphite furnace. Given the results, the extraction
technique in the microwave seems the more accurate and more reproducible with a recovery
percentage close to 100%. Also the analysis of trace metal elements in mussels did not reveal the
presence of metal contamination of these products. |
