dc.description.abstract This thesis work presents the synthesis, the characterization by infrared and UV-visible spectroscopic methods, and the structural study by X-ray diffraction of seven new complexes based on copper and the following nitrogenous and oxygenated ligands : Three complexes based on the 2-hydroxy-1-naphthaldehyde ligand :  (2,2’-bipyridine-K2N, N’)(1-formyl-2-naphtholato-K2O, O’)(thiocynateKN)- Copper (II)…(I)  (1-formyl-2-naphtholato-K2O, O’) (1,10-phenanthroline-K2N, N’) chloridocopper (II) monohydrate…(II)  Aquabis (1-formyl-2-naphtholato-K2O, O’) Copper (II)….(III) Three complexes based on 1-amino-cyclohexanecarboxylique acide :  Poly [aqua (1-aminocyclohexane carboxylato N, O) (pyrazol) (thiocyanato k-N) copper(II)]…(IV)  Bis (1-aminocyclohexane carboxylato N, O)-copper(II) monohydrate…(V)  Poly [(1-aminocyclohexane carboxylato N, O) (thiocyanato k, N) copper(II)]…(VI) The last complex based on nitrogenous ligands :  [(2,2'-bipyridine)-(1,10-phenantroline)-chloridoCopper(II) dihydratehydrogénosulfate d’éthyle]…(VII) To evaluate their biological properties, two studies, one in silico and the other in vitro were carried out. The in silico study was carried out by applying the molecular docking method, it allowed us to predict the inhibitory power of the three complexes based on 2-hydroxy-1-naphthaldehyde against the protease enzyme of HIV- 1. To achieve this we used the free software Autodock Vina v.1.2.0. The in vitro study made it possible to test the effectiveness of our complexes (IV, V, VI, VII) on fungal strains (Fusarium Oxysporium and Candida albicans). The results obtained showed that three complexes (IV, VI, VII) exhibit a fongicidal effect and (V) has à fongistatic effect. fr_FR
