This study investigates Algerian teachers' and students' attitudes toward and
concerns regarding the use of AI tools in higher education. Preliminary findings
from a questionnaire conducted with English students at Constantine 1
University indicate significant use of AI tools, accompanied by ethical concerns
such as the potential for plagiarism and the reliability of AI-generated content.
To further explore these issues, two questionnaires will be distributed to
teachers and students across universities in Algeria, aiming to address the
following research questions:
(1) What are the attitudes of Algerian teachers and students toward AI tools in
education?
(2) What concerns do they have regarding these tools in Algerian universities? |
