dc.description.abstractThis thesis is devoted to the synthesis and characterization of nanostructured films, and then used them in photocatalytic applications. The first part focused on the synthesis of material: SnO2, and Sr‐doped SnO2 nanostructured films. One method was used for the preparation of the films, with varied and controlled properties: Sol‐gel method and deposited on the glass by dip‐coating technique. In the second part, various physical and chemical characterizations such as: XRD,Raman, UV‐visible and AFM were presented. Finally, we tested the photocatalytic efficient of tin dioxide and (8%) Sr‐doped SnO2 under UV and Solar irradiation regarding Methylene Blue dye degradation, the photocatalytic activity of (8%) Sr –doped SnO2 films were much higher than that of the undoped SnO2.fr_FR
