Elaboration des nanostructures de semi-conducteur SnO2 dopé au Strontium et étude de leurs propriétés structurales,optiques et photocatalytiques

This thesis is devoted to the synthesis and characterization of nanostructured films, and then used them in photocatalytic applications. The first part focused on the synthesis of material: SnO2, and Sr‐doped SnO2 nanostructured films. One method was used for the preparation of the films, with varied and controlled properties: Sol‐gel method and deposited on the glass by dip‐coating technique. In the second part, various physical and chemical characterizations such as: XRD,Raman, UV‐visible and AFM were presented. Finally, we tested the photocatalytic efficient of tin dioxide and (8%) Sr‐doped SnO2 under UV and Solar irradiation regarding Methylene Blue dye degradation, the photocatalytic activity of (8%) Sr –doped SnO2 films were much higher than that of the undoped SnO2.
