dc.description.abstractNanostructured powders of Fe70Zn30 were prepared by mechanical alloying under argon atmosphere from elemental Fe and Zn powders, using a planetary ball mill (type Fritsch P7) for different times. Morphological, structural and microstructural variations were followed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD).The X-ray structure analysis was performed by MAUD program which shown the formation of the Fe (Zn) solid solution with bcc structure. The crystallite size refinement down to the nanometer scale is accompanied by an increase in the interval level strainfr_FR
