Abstract:
Increasing performance while improving the workplace remains a concern for
companies and organizations that want to comply with current regulations and be leader in its field. Similarly, health problems continue to affect a large number of employees and the incidence of recognized occupational diseases is increasing alarmingly. Therefore, Organizations must be able to tackle the problems that arise in terms of occupational safety and health, or even respond effectively through dynamic management strategies. The latter moves and evolves constantly, so the human who is part of it, should naturally evolve at his own pace and be in harmony with it! As a result, the continuous, permanent and sustainable improvement of safety, and health of employees, the protection of society and the environment is necessary and becomes everyone’s business. Thus, arrive to propose prevention strategies to help companies to improve their performance in terms of occupational health and safety, is the main objectif of this research work. The latter help to prevents and reduces the production of harmful hazards, to manage risks, to
ensure that management is carried out without endangering or altering human health and without harming the environment. To put the research results into practice, case studies have been carried out in national companies in order to explore real data among employees and to obtain results from the existing reality.
