Nanocrystalline In2O3 thin films have been deposited on glass substrates by Sol-
Gel spin coating technique. DRX, AFM, photoluminescence and UV-vis spectra
characterization was used for study the effect of Ethylene glycol (EG) on optical and
structural’s properties of the films it’s chows a best properties at high percentage of EG |
