dc.description.abstract In this work, we have conducted a theoretical study on the nano-scale at the base of the simulation of phase transitions and the corresponding pressures as well as the volume discounts, the rigidity and the stability of the cadmium telluride CdTe with the Full Potential Linear Muffin Tin Orbitales FP-LMTO method. This study gave new results to verify the behavior of a solid detector in the base of semiconductor material submitted under the constraints of different pressure for change under normal operation of CdTe nuclear detector.
