Abstract:
n this memory, we studied details the structure of the osmium nuclei
the framework of « IBM » model By using empirical quantities characterizingsu(3)
symmetry we concluded that these nuclei are close to this symmetry. The Break of this
symmetry was taken into account by introducing a perturbation whose origin is the
so(6)limit. « PHINT ». Program was used for the calculation of the energy levels of the
three bands, fundamental, y and (3.The electric reduced transition probability theory

We compared our results with those of H.C.chiang et al. which studied the structure of
the osmium nuclei180't88Os within the framework of IBM model by using a mixture of
three symmetries u(5), su(3) and so(6). Our results are in perfect agreement with the
experimental results compared to those of H.C.chiang et al., which justifies the study of

the structure of the Os nuclei by the su(3) limit berturbed so(6).

We calculated excitation energies of the y band of the
framework of the model of the triaxial rigid rotor (RTR). The results obtained are in
good agreement with the experiment. In spite of its limits, the rigid triaxial rotor model
was used to analyze certain experimental data (energy levels and reduced
transitions probabilities ) and to carry out some forecasts.
