Abstract:
We've, in this study, discussed the training of human resources and its impact on the competitiveness in economy through our search for the intensity of the correlation between training and enhancing the competitiveness of business organizations. We divided this study into four chapters, we reviewed, in the first chapter the importance of human resources within economy and the concept of workers, in addition to the most important principles and foundations to be followed to achieve this goal.
In the second chapter we dealt with the methods of training and evaluation for business organizations and its impact on improving productivity within the enterprise. In the third chapter we reviewed the concept of competitiveness and the most important strategies available to make a company more competitive in the market. The fourth chapter is the practical part of our project; we chose the Printing Company located in the east of the new headquarters district Bomerzouk Constantine.
We, in the end, could highlight the importance of strengthening the competitiveness of the economic enterprise and the most important methods to do that. as we have shown the importance of creating human resources to improve and enhance the competitiveness of the enterprise and how important human resources are to the individual and the most important ways and means of assistance in the formation of workers and improve their performance in the work.
